Special 4 day Course
This Course spans four half days and is designed for human resource personnel. It examines the procedures to be implemented as it relates to addressing the disputes in the organization, and offers an interdisciplinary approach to conflict resolution training, incorporating modules on preparing for industrial negotiations.
Participants are given a detailed manual which encourages them to be self-reflective throughout the course.

Demonstration of Conflict Resolution Skills
The coaches work with participants to demonstrate foundational mediation and negotiation skills, which allows persons to interact and ask questions.
Another tool used by the facilitators is the use of recorded video presentations showing live mediations. This assists participants in applying mediation skills, as well as engages them in understanding and the critique of effective approaches to use in reaching a settlement.
